How Do I Volunteer?


Great news! We're excited you'd like to "come out and play" to help keep Pegasus Farms a great community!

To get started, please click here to send an email to our Trustees/Board for additional information. Our Trustees keep a list of names and will use that contact volunteers to help with our subdivision entrances, neighborhood watch, and a host of other projects in Pegasus Farms.




How do I sign up to receive emails of: Pegasus Farms Newsletters, Police Updates, etc.?


Click here to send an email to our Trustees/Board for further assistance on Pegasus Farms related information. Your email address will be added and maintained in a distribution list. Should you change your mind (or move from Pegasus Farms), you will need to contact our Trustees to have your information updated.

Where can I get a copy of the financial records for Pegasus Farms?


Financial information for Pegasus Farms is considered private information available to those who "need to know" - i.e. only Pegasus Farms Homeowners. The fact this information is private, is why we do not make this information available for download from our website. However, you can request this information by contacting our Board who will work with getting you the information you'd like.

We are always looking for feedback from our fellow homeowners! While we try to cover everything, we could always use a hand in coming up with new ideas to help make our Community even better.
